Get a pre owned Rolex Explorer 1, they don’t look tacky in the slightest.

everyone always presumes Rolexes are fake so not sure why you would get a real one. Everyone will think it's a fake and laugh at you behind your back. Get an Omega instead.

The only thing worse than a fake Rolex is a real one.

Got a Rolex Submariner, Tag Monaco and a Breitling Superocean and I prefer the latter out of the three and it was the cheapest.

The majority of Rolexes cross the watch/jewellery divide for me. Though I’m often tempted by the more basic models. The right mix of strap, face, numbers, colour, year etc rarely appears when I’m looking and I’m not that interested to register for owt.

Some better than others mate. The entry level ones, tend to lose but still offer good value.

Mind, some other luxury brands lose 30-40% pretty much over night.

I had a submariner ,wore it for 4 year or so then got me money back for what I paid for it.

Not many items will do that for you

Tbh both my proper watches sit in a winder everyday. The superocean and an IWC Portuguese automatic. I wear a garmin running watch everyday!

Would probably get rid of the iwc but it’s dropped it value terribly but I bought it cause I’ve always loved them
