Fair enough. Maybe just nice questions. Doesn't mean he said owt groundbreaking mind.
I'm quite happy with what he's said ..... mostly things I didn't know and find reassuring.
He's commenting on his job and the players he has in the current squad.
I've no idea what else he could possibly talk about or what could be groundbreaking.

To add my two penn’orth I think it’s firstly a great sign that he hasn’t shied away from this a couple of days after we lost in the fashion that we did. Very few of our recent managers would have honoured this talk in, and fewer still would have said in the post match interview to direct all anger towards them.
In terms of the defensive display it’s probably hugely frustrating for him because although we’ve conceded more than we should he’s probably seen us picking up wins despite it, and I imagine hoped he could have a settled can pairing for the run in.
I do like Ross, and I think it’s testament to the job he’s done that we tend to forget how bad a state we were in before a ball was kicked this season.
Fingers crossed that the last match was a kick up the arse to some of the players and we can get over the line

Sorry like but nice guy doesn't cut it. Exactly the same way that Mick Buxton, Malcom Crosby, Gus Poyet, Martin O Neil etc were all good guys and they ultimately didnt cut it.
The reality is we've been playing awful, turgid, uninspired football for the majority of the season. Our tactics are non existent. Our style of play a mystery. And we've somehow managed to accrue the most ponderous, unadventurous midfield to play in front of one of the most - if not the most - calamitous centre back pairings in 120 years.
He's got it all to do to prove he is anywhere close to being the man to take us forward.
