it all ended very hollywood and crap in last season but had high hopes for this season with inclusion of Stephen Graham as guest actor... sadly, absolute farcical!!!
last week a bad opener to new season (unbelievable Hollywood crap) and then tonight in episode 2 from the start... photographic evidence with "shot by a bystander on their smartphone"!?!?!
This has become (like over rated Bodyguard) a cop series for dummies... garbage by the BBC

Enjoyed it as ever. The plotlines may be a bit daft but it's not meant to be a police procedural drama.

You know what these writers are like - they could be making us think it's too obvious for Ted, then focus our attention on someone else...and it's Ted all along!

Final scene will be Ted on the phone to someone unknown saying “it’s done” or words to that effect after having framed someone else for it imo.
I'm hoping he goes on murderous rampage, gun in one hand, nice cup of tea in the other...
