Star Trek : Discovery

Is this week episode the final one?

I'm not sure. My download service isn't saying anything beyond this weeks E11 "Perpetual Infinity" but there is a blank unnamed slot for E12 which is weird.
A Google search is the same, an unnabled E12.. hmm
Did we have a double episode that fucked the numbers up?

According to IMDB, two women played Commander Airiam.

Hannah Cheesman - was the character throughout series two

Sara Mitich - played Airiam in series one and is Nilsson the new bridge officer who replaced Airiam in last Friday’s episode.

14 episodes in season 2

Yeah thanks. I'd like to know how episodes 12,13,14 are blank when they are so close when episodes 1-10 have been known all season? Maybe the episode name drops a clue to the content and they are avoiding that?

I smell a reset!

"Let’s talk about canon, if Patrick Stewart as Picard on his new show pulls up his computer, will all the events we have seen on Star Trek: [Discovery]

[cuts off] You are asking me a very sneaky question right now, and I’m not going to answer it. I know what you are doing, and tell you what, I will answer it for you at the end of the season. Is that fair? I don’t want to ruin it."

Decent episode this week, although the quality seems directly linked to how much Burnhamdrama we get. More Burnham, less quality.

We're definitely jumping timelines.

Yeah this was a good episode, although again the overuse of emotional dialog scenes is really annoying

It looks like we are heading for that end of season paradox / time shift or whatever to reset everything and Discovery season 3 being 950 years in the future with Calypso.

Layland.. wow.. Borg much?
Nanobots - Check
Tubuals to the Neck - Check
Cybernetic alteration - Check
Even the phrase he used was an analogue of "Resistance if futile" - Check

Overall 8/10

Preview of next weeks episode:

The Borg originated much earlier in Prime Timeline I think. I'm sure I saw something about our 14th century somewhere.
