various spots in Vietnam and Cambodia.

In Thailand I went over to Koh Phangan, spoke to a guy with a truck and asked to go to somewhere remote, he took me and 2 others to a small resort that was nearly finished but not yet open and it was just us 3, one other couple and the family that were there working on it. I stayed in a little wooden cabin by the sea. It was pretty much the image you see of paradise. The family were chatty and they would cook us up food on their central restaurant hut thing by the pool. They said it was good to test out the equipment so we were helping. One point a boat came in with fish just caught, we helped bring some in, they immediately cooked it up on the beach and we sat with them and ate red snapper.

feels a bit like a dream now
On Samui I went to a beach hut type bar at 1am, I was the only one there and could only hear the waves lapping onto the shore. I was so relaxed that it felt surreal. I'm gutted to not still be there

The Swiss Alps. Particularly the towns of Zermatt and Täsch. Breathtaking. Mountains all around you with no visible ending. Waking up on a morning was amazing.

I loved Kaliningrad last summer but I think it was probably more to do with the World Cup atmosphere and people around it than anything else. Can't imagine there's much going on.

Honorable shout outs to everywhere in Germany. They've just got everything right.

I go to Paris every year and I find it to be boring to be honest. I went to Santa Monica and Venice Beach when I was in my teens, should probably go back as an adult and reassess.

What is it about it that you find boring ? Everybody finds different things interesting I suppose but to me it’s anything but.

Fuck, I’ve been and seen so much, just getting tingles about it now. However, just sitting on top of Sutton bank looking North Yorkshire gives me a similar feeling.

Switzerland is another one I'd love to go to, but I've heard it's extra expensive

Also, used to live in Germany. The place is immense

Been to Paris a few times. I like it, but the amount of people that bother you near the famous sites put me off a bit

Yeah, that’s a big drawback with any big city and sites. The Colleseum is also really bad for that. It’s been a good while since I’ve been to the major sites so I havnt been hassled in. While.

Agree with the Germany comment, every place I’ve been is brilliant.

Perhaps I'm sick of it (I've got friends there so go over when there's a Eurostar sale) but I just find it to be rather small. I reckon a lot of it might be to do with me just knocking about with my pals where they go drinking but I've done all the touristy stuff to death. The Metro f***ing honks as well and I know it's a cliche but Parisians are bellends.
