Once. It sounds like Beirut by numbersAnyone given Beirut a spin yet?
It’s Belgrave Music Hall isn’t it ? Superb venue. Saw Polica there a while back and thought it was brilliant. Would love something similar up here.

Not yet, going to see them in April so will have a listen. To be honest besides Rip Tide I’ve not heard an awful lot by them!
Just had it on there. It's very much a Beirut record but there's no much you can do with that sound. Enjoyed it quite a lot though, looking forward to another listen.

Flying Club Cup is the best Beirut record obviously
^^whatevsMe too now, cheers.
Surprised you said that when it's actually their third best (not including this new un).
Whats the album like? Havnt got round the listening to it yetEverybody knows that Ian Brown can’t sing, so why has he decided to ruin his new album with auto tune? On some tracks (like the opener) it’s all I can hear! I’d rather we just had good old out of tune Ian!

At least you have the chance to see them! They’re not playing here (Dublin) really like the album£30 to see Better Oblivion Community Centre is a fuckin rip off mind. Enjoyed that record but that price is outrageous for what they are.
