Maja is was 18/19 ffs. He's never had a proper run in a championship team but aye that's a perfect comparison to the chances Griggs had in the championship.

Maja is improving his game week in week out, he's our most important outfield player who's been unbelievably clinical this season and has a better scoring rate than Grigg in the third tier. If we sign Grigg I'll get behind him but it'll be a step down in quality imo.

Grigg has performed over a few years but has probably peaked. Maja's best days are ahead. Behind any new boys we get in.

its not a perfect comparison but its the one we have..
i think maja is probably a better player than grigg and will have a better career...but for sunderland this season and next is all we have to compare it with..
