Haway man

One of our most successful Players in a good period for the club and this is all we can ask?

What about winning the pen at the mags, getting us to wembley, the winner against man city etc

Di Canio was scum marra

Great day that, crowd went fuckin mental

The bit about di canio is not true!!!

Why do people forget this. They were allowed to go out to celebrate us staying up as Wigan lost at arsenal!

I’d say yes seeing as he’s still in the top flight about 5 years after leaving us and we’re in league one

I wouldn't say its all we can ask but you would hope that a fans podcast would ask everything the fans want to know about, even if it's a bit of an awkward question or one he might not want to answer. If I want a glowing chat about how much he loved the fans then I'd expect to see it on the club's official website.

I liked Bardsley, and he gave me that moment at Old Trafford which has to be the most mental I've ever gone at a game. For that memory alone I wouldn't think badly of him, but I think the fans would like to hear about the Fulham thing, and various other bad times. Obviously it'd be mixed in with a lot of positive stuff, accurately reflecting his time here; overall positive, lots of good memories, but a few things he might want to set the record straight on. Do that, and get the balance right, and I'll be very impressed with Roker Report, a lot more so than if they just gloss over it all

Players are not fans. Bardsley laughing at the Fulham defeat was him laughing at the f***ing dickhead manager, not the team or the fans. Why is that so difficult to understand?

He was 100% when he played for us. As previously said we've never replaced him.

Best right back since Makin

Surely people are allowed to ask awkward questions? Would it not give him his chance to put his side? I honestly can't remember one fan that defended him after the casino incident. Or do we have to just go with RRs agenda here?

Spot on. Like I say I hope they ask the hard questions. If they don't I'll be anxious that they're revelling in their new found ability to get loads of interesting ex players on their podcast and are concentrating on ensuring they don't rock the boat at all so that they keep coming and they can have a chat to them, rather than doing interviews that answer questions the fans want to hear answers to. This will be an interesting one to judge, there's not much you can discuss in a negative way with Arca, and even Cana all you can really ask is about why he left so quickly (and he has the family answer for that one). Bardo should be an interesting guest because there's two sides to his time here

Not unreasonable to want to get his view on it though is it?

With respect I’d rather he answered for himself. And I get the impression he wouldn’t dodge it or resent it if asked.

I wasn't talking about the awkward stuff, more the daft stuff!
