remember smoking on Airplanes...when did this get banned...i cant imagine being stuck on a plane full of loads of tramps smerking away

Went to Spain in the late 70's - and you could smerk tabs on the plane.
The back 10 rows IIRC.

Never been a smoker but I didn’t mind it too much when i was next to it, barely noticed at the time as it was normal. Used to go to away games with my mate who was doing 40 a day.

Going to bars or clubs, all your gear used to go straight in the wash as it stunk to high heaven.

Me mam (no) used to smoke in the house when I was a bairn, as I guess a lot of people did back then. Used to go up to bed stinking of smoke, must be unthinkable now. Put me right off tabs, that was one positive.
