Un believable really when you take into account the whole scenario, you sign a contract to play football your club gets relegated and then you refuse to do the job your paid to do ... Not exactly hard work is it, there's a few on here would give it a go for £25k a week... Well done to SD for his management of this... he could struggle to get a club if clubs think they'll be potentially be in the same boat

Once Djilobodji was sacked it was inevitable that Ndong would go too because any difference n resolution would have given Djilobodji an argument about his treatment. The value of Ndong will have plummeted and it makes more sense to keep him away from the club. He looked like there might be a player inside at one point but was a massive failure last season and has shown himself up and let us down. I hope he pays the price financially and professionally and I'd lke to be there when he wakes up to his agent.

I don’t care which club you support, every fan up and down the country should applaud the clubs stance and hope they take the pair of them to the cleaners
Said the same when we sacked the other ****. Hopefully we’ve given other clubs the courage to do what we’ve done. Players have had too much power for way to long. Players are happy to take the huge salary and the 5 year deals but the clubs seem to be the only ones who take contracts seriously. Players do well they want improved deals or they are off or they do shit and they dig their heels in and don’t want to move. Well done the club.

Who would want a player that hasn't played for 9 months, couldn't even make the bench at Watford and withdraws his labour when things don't suit?
Him and his agent are idiots!

Hope that the football world supports Sunderland and makes these two a test case to redress the balance of power .

Almost the last piece of the shite jigsaw assembled by Moyes gone.

That bloke's legacy has haunted the club for over 2 years, the hopeless knacker.
Yet his mates like Souness insisted that Sunderland had that relegation coming for years and did not blame Moyes one bit.

No, he's free to sign for someone else in January.

BUT, the new club will be seen as inciting the breach of contract so they will be liable to pay us damages.

His career could well be over if that compensation fee is set high enough.
Cheers.

As much as I want my club to get something back from this piece of poison seeing his career going down the tubes would be nice.

Since we were rumoured to have accepted a £7m bid in the summer we should hold out for something near that.

That’s not the way it worked with mutu, he was allowed to join other clubs and Chelsea didn’t get a penny

Best case scenario. Fingers crossed
