Been to aldi this morning. May have gone a bit overboard and completely forgot I'd have to carry the bags over from the car.

Rookie mistake.

Same! I've got @James contribution as well as my own, so two carrier bags full of tins and jars to carry for about a mile. Saves going to the gym for a weight session

Hoyed in the tuna, custard, soup, beans and mystery meat. It's a grand idea but as I said before it's rubbish that genuine folk need help through no fault of their arn. Without getting too preachy, as a country I think we should feel bad about the situation. It gets my blood pressure moving into the danger zone*.

I agree 100% with the above, but its nice to show that out their in the community that our support base which includes (RAWA) and the club, can still come together and provide food for people in need.

Absolutely marra. Well said.

To add to my above comment, it is also now showing why, those of us who joined RAWA on day one, have shown, that we can question the club, but also be a force for good in the community also, which can also bring together club and supporter, in a respectful way. this relationship has to be a two way street, from now on, this is the clubs future.
