Not exactly, what i was saying is some people will turn to drug dealing to supplement their income, the same as people selling Avon or the other pyramid schemes going about, so doing cash in hand work, or fast food delivery.

They will the dealers driving around in nice cars, and think i want a bit of that action as it is easy money, forgetting that these type of people will happily shot you for dealing in their patch or even because you owe them some money

Obviously i'm just using averages here but if people cant afford to live, some will turn to gangs/drugs to supplement income, and do you think the people are dealing with care about them, they will happily hurt people for looking at them wrong.

There are only 2 ways to resolve this issue in my eyes, 1 is to make housing more affordable, and the other would be to increase wages so that people can afford to live

Well I agree property is rediculous but boosting folks wages to compensate isnt an option.
Any capital is going to be very expensive, and drive out low paid workers.
