some decent questions

well done for setting it up and good to see club and fans working together

still think most of it is irrelevant until the team on the pitch start being less shit. most games i went to last year there was no issue with the bogs, the music was ok, the seat was clean, the food was ok, queues not too bad apart from the nobhead who pushed in at the Brum game.

i changed ends at half time so i watched us attack both goals so really it was decent... despite this, my main feeling leaving the games was that they left me feeling gutted and that the ticket cost was a waste of money. Its not time well spent when a team is so appallingly crap, week in week out. Honestly you could have given me a free pint served by a 10/10 in an safc swimsuit and i still wouldnt have enjoyed the matchday experience. The empty seats around just made it even more depressing.

Decided to spend 10 minutes answering questions for them and it crashed at the end before submission
says it all really
Sounds like they want to improve stuff and give us an identity etc but we've had all that
what we want is product on the pitch ,keep your murals and walk on music and fan zones

Win games, easy peasy .It shouldn't be anywhere near their priority at this stage
Closer to the club
I go with my 6yr old son and we absolutely loved fanzone, was gutted when they shut it down so hopefully with positive feedback that might reopen. Also be nice to see cost of food and drink in ground reduced too. I think youre getting a bit confused, they arent sacraficing on pitch affairs to fully conclude this survey, its just an extra to gage fans thoughts.

Winning is priority, but we have to get everything right. I think the survey shows that the club are listening to the fans and willing to improve things by taking on our suggestions.

It's a welcome change, we should be grateful and use it as an opportunity to bring about positive changes for the betterment of the club and in doing so help to satisfy the fans.
