In 5 years time you will look back at this as the best appointment ever. It's what your club needs, someone with a point to prove, hungry for success and someone who will take no crap.To the people that say he is not a 'name' doesn't that apply to any manager until they become known for their achievements. The only problem i can forsee is when he becomes a well respected and successful manager in England, will so called bigger clubs want to lure him away, but that is in the future, in the present, he is exactly what you need.Get your wad on promotion at the first attempt.

Up yours Mr Insincere Lickybottom.

Eat a dick

Definitely, we need a manager we can grow with and/or vica versa that will not be out of his depth and sacked when we are back in the prem or championship, for example a Pearson or Keano. Needs to be a long term appointment, I can see this St Mirren individual sacked when we are in the relegation zone of the championship.

Take off your rose tinted glasses cretins.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

looking forward to getting our pitch narrowed again,Grayson got fukn pelters for doing that iirc, but it seems the smart thing to do,tis true what folk say about living and larning
Ross only did it as his team were part time playing against full time opposition...

Aye. Shift the more senior high earners and almost start from scratch.

Out of contract and should go now:

Camp
Wilson
(Browning gone after end of loan)
O’Shea
Galloway
Jones
(Ejaria gone after end of loan)
(Williams gone after end of loan)
LuaLua
(Fletcher gone after end of loan)
Iirc Borini’s move to Milan is already agreed

Roswell is under contract until 2019, I think we’ll find him hard to shift
Djilobodji until 2020
Khazri until 2020
Ndong until 2021
Kone until 2021
Cattermole until 2021
Oviedo until 2020

Some of those I think we’re going to be stuck with, but I agree we need to be shifting as many of them as possible.

Getting the wage bill down is going to be key for us being able to move forwards. As you say though, easier said than done.

Catts could leave on a free for me if it meant getting rid of his wage. Can't see those listed being as handsomely rewarded as they have been here.

aye on here he did iirc
Don't remember that at all. I thought the consensus was more or less, 'Well, if that is what he wants to do then so be it. He is the manager and it is his decision to make. Whether I think it is a good or bad idea is immaterial. It is happening. Haway the lads.'

i know,i read the article,i'm not trying to demean the bloke, just saying there was a canny few questioned Grayson for doing it
