The reason we are being relegated is that the team has won fewer points than all other teams. Not only is he a member of the team, he is captain. He is therefore a significant part of the reason

He tries his best, he is just past his best. Still was somehow our best defender.

I still think Kone is our best defender. Anar he was shite last year but looked fine next to Papy & this year I actually think he's done alright but then the keeper/rest of defence just gives away a cheap goal.

Ability wise he is aye, but not this season

He is a major reason we are going down IMO

Yes mate all true. He came round and spoke to everyone. Fair play to the bloke. Stayed for a long while along with Catts. Only player who stayed for longer was Robbin Ruiter so fair play to him. Some of the lads couldn't wait to be off waiting next to the door.

Seen Wilson, Fletcher, Watmore, Honeyman, Gooch, O'Shea go round the full room. Likes of Asoro, Maja. Steele, McNair did a run round speaking to people anarl.

Did you chat to Catts or Watmore at all? Did either of them say anything noteworthy?

All the players are responsible. If you define him as a player then by definition he's included. His best wasn't even close to being good enough.

Yeah I know they are, just think the stick he gets is out of order

Should be a squad player but because of the fuck wits at the top, and the arseholes we signed, he still has to play 2 games a week

I've thought Kone has looked good since getting back from injury. We were solid on Saturday before he had to go off. I wish he'd still be here next year but sadly I can see him being sold.

Nah mate I was at one end of room Cattermole stayed in the other talking to people.

Didn't speak to Watmore but the table next to him did and he said he was feeling good and hoping to be back soon. Goochy was with him and said he wants to be here next year.

Devastated mate aye

Never mind. Just PM me if you want one for next year... I was a 23.59 minute arrival when a ticket came available. Been slagging the awards off on here all week but actually enjoyed the night

It's not what you said a few posts earlier but fair enough mate, we'll agree to disagree & move on

:eek::eek::eek::oops: How the holy fuck can they think it appropriate that we have a player of the year in these circumstances.
Unutterably f***ing dense.
I'm more annoyed at fans who went along with it tbh. They should have insisted it didn't go ahead or full on taken the piss out of it. Only branch members could vote btw, hence why Rodwell didn't win.

Is this the safcsa vote or something?
Only branch member can vote @Speedy1976 told me another reason why its a cop-out.

Totally agree but we need to move on. This is a whole new chapter in our history. The whole club needs cleansing, get rid of 'the old guard'.

I'm concerned that we're already going to be short of a LOT of players. Bain was quoted yesterday as saying we're going to be losing 14 players before we even sell any. Unless we get taken over by some mega-rich mogul, it's going to be very hard to replace that many players.

Even if that weren't the case I'd want us to keep JOS for at least one more year, maybe 2, but 1 year at a time is probably more sensible contract-wise.

Get what your saying but me personally, I want a total clean slate from the old faces who have seen us reach this point. Nothing personal against O'shea or Cattermole but we HAVE to make a clean break from all the negativity.
