The thought of us being owned by a mag doesn't sit well with me I'll be honest. If I ever got the chance on to own them or even just make any major decisions it would be with the intention of running them I to the ground.

Good point actually. That didn't bother me either, however if people weren't happy with the local journalist being a mag, then surely they can't accept the owner of the club?

To be fair his Twitter has very few photos of him but he's wearing a mag top on 2 then, as well as on the earlier photo of him after the man united game. Pretty sure he supports them, but he presumably doesn't have links to the area so I'm sure he'll be able to switch allegiances, especially when there's money to be made (or lost like)

Just love the idea that you’re a multi-millionaire from Cork who, like loads of Irish football fans, decide to pick an English team to follow because their own league is pretty poor, and then decide you’re going to plough potentially north of seven figures of your own cash into their rivals, just to secretly destroy them from within.
