Most Irish fans of English teams aren't really hardcore. You get some people who love a team because of they have a connection to the area or club due to family, work or living there. The O'Brien's are from Cork and are involved in horse racing and are big on GAA. Personally I'm more annoyed that he doesn't invest in local football than an overseas club, but that's a different story. My point is that this Mag connection might be nothing more than a liking a club. I like Barcelona but I'm going to bring my sons to Madrid to see the Bernabeu. I wouldn't think twice about working for Real Madrid despite my affection towards Barça.

No one actually knows who it is, if it is. Everyone is guessing, hoping its there billionaire. I think at this stage its a wait and see. The problem is a few are playing silly buggers with the possibilities. Just a few more sleeps til you find out
