The worst way for Short is administration. That's the one course of action that guarantees he loses everything. The best course is probably what's being done; control the debt, get ti down to a level which can easily be refinanced, and hope that that makes the club more attractive to a buyer. In the meantime, talk to anyone who's prepared to talk seriously as a potential buyer.

Only a supporter would be stupid enough to buy us atm I think.

Told you. Sometimes it's best not knowing the truth. ;)

I can cope dealing with bad or good news marra
It’s the unknown I can’t manage :(

Ya never kna, our value could get so low we could have a local person/people/consortium that could afford us ...& start again but with proper local values

We can only hope ;)

The club have an agreement with a third party that they have to do a number of these types of events a season, I believe. The same third party also has a relationship with the pub. Therefore this pub seemed a good fit for the event given the relationship.

It's not a supporters meeting. It was a talk in type affair.

I imagine they could pull out and then rearrange at a later date. Whether we'd want any involvement in the rearranged affair would be another matter entirely, given how they've fucked us, the venue and most importantly the fans about.
I hope ya give them pelters on tomorrows wms. Who's the third party, out of interest?

Ffs :) :)
The other neet T had been on the sauce & she asked me “ how many is there in the 2 man bobsleigh”
I seem to only kna pissssssheeeeeds ;)
I thought you were going to say what’s the second bloke called

They're giant flying rats. A couple of hungry white tailed eagles would do the job. It might keep the early leavers entertained.
Keep me entertained. Sod the match! memories of weeks on the Isle of Mull marra.

If I was cynical I'd suggest that the rumours of season ticket price rises might be true and the reaction to it on here, along with the fact that many think Bain is a twat anyway, might have made them think twice about holding an event in the middle of March during renewal time. Either way it's pathetic to pull out, sick of the whole f***ing lot of them tbh

Surely they can’t be putting up season ticket prices ? That would probably finish me off

A good few people on here (and not the attention seekers/ bullshitters) have said they've heard rumours about it. Some have heard north stand might go from £350 to nearer £450. I think only the stupidest, most incompetent set of twats in the world would ever consider a big price hike to be a sensible course of action at this point, so I expect it'll happen. Hope it's bollocks, we should know before long, I'm sure the renewal forms often come early March
