I was with SSE and they were in and out like that.
Someone at work uses british gas and said they're there at least an hour.

Aye, didnt think so. The worksheet said they were here for 30 mins. The daughter (n0) said no more than 10

I always ask them to clean out the condensate trap so I don’t have to. Normally 30 mins or so and that’s homeserve.
Their prices are up anarl. Twats. BT, diesel and tinned f***ing tomatoes are a spond a tin now. Fuck that. I’ve not had a pay rise for 10 year!

I’m with SSE and really need to change. Every few weeks the boiler pressure empties. There’s no leaks in the pipes or radiator system. The boiler keeps doing a pump over run and flushes the system out.

I keep telling them this and every time they just keep replacing the same valve. They won’t replace the faulty pump

I switch between British Gas and Home serve.

When we have a new central heating system I’ll just stalk whoever installs it for 10 years.
