I always ask them to clean out the condensate trap so I don’t have to. Normally 30 mins or so and that’s homeserve.

I’m with SSE and really need to change. Every few weeks the boiler pressure empties. There’s no leaks in the pipes or radiator system. The boiler keeps doing a pump over run and flushes the system out.
I keep telling them this and every time they just keep replacing the same valve. They won’t replace the faulty pump

British Gas have just hit me with a 14% rise in Boiler cover. Due on 25th Feb
As I’ve said above mate try 24/7. Everything included for £12.99. Been with them for 2 years and they are spot on imo.
