The Punisher



Not sure if I want to watch this one. I’ve never really liked the Frank Castle character, the anti hero type has never been strong enough to hold my interest.

I’m still hoping they will look at some of the Marvel UK characters to bring to the screen...

Mind you there are so many fringe characters they could try using too

When series five of Vikings kicks off next week all previous series can be watched on HBO Nordic. But not sure whether or not that is available in the UK ? History Channel has the series up on their website as well, I think. A few Danish actors have played characters in the series over the years, most recently the actor playing Ivar The Boneless. But I wouldn't say he comes across too loveable nor charming haha

His brother plays Floki in Vikings and their dad is pretty good at acting as well. Like a family firm.

Regarding iron fist debate ...it may have been the worst, but if the others are very / quite good then that doesn't make it shit. I enjoyed it
Many of the 'industry' had problems with Danny rand not being Asian.
If they'd made a white blonde new Yorker different others would have complained.

Then again I didn't think Inhumans was too bad:eek::lol:

I quite enjoyed Iron Fist...apart from Danny himself, who is a bit of a ponce.

Shield was mental, absolutely loved it...especially the cameo of a certain movies music :lol:

Same. I didn't care that he was white, the character is white in the comics, I wouldn't have been arsed if they put an Asian actor in.

I didn't like the fact that the character was a fanny. The actor was shit at fight scenes too, it seemed like there were cuts every couple of seconds to hide he was crap and it failed.

I think we'd have enjoyed iron fist more if they'd released it before the others as we wouldn't have realised how much better they could do.
