I've just remembered the best bit.................Tommy in the noddy!!!!!! :p
As my missus pointed out, he was a bit too "gymmed up" to be historically accurate. That ruined it for me, and I demand to see Ada getting shagged senseless in her stockings again like in Series 1 as compensation.

It's like a gangster version of 'The Vicar of Dibley' tbh ..... one joke repeated over and over.
There's an element of truth in this. A few times tonight I thought we were seeing the same clichéd shots in the factories (slo mo walking in long coats, flames flaring up, sparks flying etc), as we've seen all the way through. It has obviously worked up till now, but you definitely get the feeling of déjà vu at times.

Giving the young boxer lad a Peaky Blinders cap opens up possibilities for another slo-mo slash fest.

That all said though, I still love it.

I think that could be key somehow. If he is a Peaky Blinder, will that somehow give his Dad some leverage or could he switch allegiance?

The opening of the Fire Station was like that tonight. They were all dressed a bit Peaky Blinders as well.

Class that like, love Arthur me. Some superb acting in this btw.
I don't get how I can't remember Arthur (Paul Anderson) being in anything on television before. Looking at wiki he's done Lewis, Midsomer Murders, Silent Witness, Ashes to Ashes, I know this was his break out role of course, and he just commands any scene he's in.
