A mag I used to work with posted that admin was happening on facebook mate. His source was Mickey Gray.

All over bar the shouting ;-)

Lad I know has just rapped his job in working in the commercial department and took a job with a lower salary elsewhere, people are fearful for their jobs and say they will be next to nobody left working there in next few months.

You're confusing redundancies with administration. What you're talking about is the former, he's talking about the latter.

The 12 point deduction for starters doesn't help.I can never understand why when a club is in trouble the FA do their upmost to make matters worse.

This. It began with a question/suggestion on here, along the lines of 'what would happen if' or 'what do people think about' and like most threads on here it morphed into something completely different, people debating whether or not it is about to happen. Like a lot of mildly interesting stuff on here, it was picked up by the Sunderland Echo who wrote a non-story about 'rumours being rife' which added fuel and it has now found its way to Micky Gray. Being as desperate for people to talk about him as he is, he has tweeted it.
I've worked for a company which went into administration and trust me, the last people to find out are the staff. If it was going to happen, right now the only person to know would be Short plus maybe one or two of his most trusted advisers. Certainly nobody who would have any connection with or who would go blabbing to Micky Gray.
 
Some ingrates on this site.
He inherited a club in massive debt from drumaville.
Kept us afloat when revenue was unable to cover player wages and fee amortisation.
Sanctiomed 280m in player fees ( double that when you take into account wages, loan fees , agent fees ).
What has he done that is wrong?
Turned the money tap off it appears.
What was hr supposed to do..keep throwing good after bad.
People seem to think he doesnt need to recoup money he has loaned. I dont get this.
Do people understand business finance? Double entry book keeping.
From benefactor to scrooge...amazing.
