This dire position when he arrived thing us wearing thin now. He was a point behind us with a game in hand and the bottom 3 to play.
As for the £70m on French wannabees most of you were chuffed to bits with the signings of Winjaldum (Dutch by the way) Mbemba, Thauvin etc the previous summer.

He's sending the players out to do the defending now, Hayden stating it's because they are all young players.
Mind he also says the crowd are used to them being top ten the last few years

Ashley will blink first and hand him some money, although given that £20m buys you fuck all and they've sold all the bargaining chips last summer it won't be easy to freshen things up.

We will have exactly the same problem if we scrape up which is why we should only be buying players with long term potential.

At least it is only a pretend bomb. Unlike when our freinds up the road threw the petrol bomb at West Ham fans in the away fans enclosure at St James Park. Back in the 80's.

I've heard the Mags repeat, a million times, like some kind of weird chant ...... "Rafa was brought in too late to save the Tooooon."

Now that he's had money, transfer windows and the opportunity to sprinkle Rafadust on the squad you'd think it wouldn't be shite, but it is.

He'll leave the club in a much worse state than when he arrived.
