I never gave it much credence to be honest.
I think they only rot slowly over time. The key to a good condition wight is a good condition corpse.
In the books tyrions definitely going to be confirmed targareon

That was just something that somebody thought they had picked up from the opening credit sequence - to be honest, I've watched it since and I don't think it's the case like. And surely if a little lake is enough to hold the Night King back, then I doubt there's much chance of them marching across the sea.No it didn't but it was definitely mentioned earlier that it was freezing and they'd be able to walk round.
I reckon Drogon he dragon will kill it
Drogon is named after Khal Drogo & Viseiron named after Viserys (Daernaerys' lanky brother). Drogo killed Viserys so I reckon the dragon version will be similar.
Bank holiday next Monday so got all the time to watch it
Aye last of its kind and all that. Ties in with Dany. Even though she isn't the last one reallyI think viserion will kill rheagal before drogon sorts him out. Just to add to the tension.
It's a bit fuckin' shit if that's not just based in theory mind.In the books tyrions definitely going to be confirmed targareon

Would be canny boring episode ifNone of the journey time stuff that people have been moaning about this season has really bothered me and I can accept that it wouldn't take long for a Dragon to fly long distances but surley it would have taken a raven more than one night to fly all the way from Eastwatch to dragonstone.

Agreed. It was always obvious that Jon's parentage was going to be big part of the show but i initially thought all the hints pointed to him being a Baratheon, which obviously isn't the case.
I think most casual watchers wouldn't have picked up on all the clues, names and tales that have been mentioned and connected the dots. Thanks to all the book wankers i read about it on here so knew what was coming but the flashback scene, Gilly scene reading the book etc. could easily be missed
Ahh well I knew all that but as it's still unconfirmed I'll let ya off. I'm not convinced the show will go down that route as I doubt it'll have much impact on the end game.I reread the books the other year(aye I knar) and grrm goes into too much detail about him looking nowt like a Lannister with his white hair and been an ugly little fucker, plus the kings liking tywins wife and and disliking Tywyn.
Which probably explains why tywin was horrible to him but kept quiet about the true parentage to save face and not damage the Lannister name
Back next week, they're in the trailer.Bet Grey Worm and his marras are getting peckish now.
I think Jon will kill the Night King meaning everything he resurrected will die, that's why we were shown that last night.I think viserion will kill rheagal before drogon sorts him out. Just to add to the tension.
How does Eastwatch even have a maester? Perhaps he was already there, whoever it is. Eastwatch was manned before Tormund was sent there. How does Eastwatch even have a maester? Its manned by the free folk

Bit harsh that mind.

Its not really "pelters" - its just saying "yes, its great fun, but its a bit daft" Which is about right.Getting pelters by the critics.
