Rafa. He's still not happy

Saw a bloke at Ashington - NUFC under 23's last week with Benitez 9 on the back of his shirt. I was told this lad actually changed his surname to Benitez. I kid you not :lol:
:lol::lol:
Fuck off man! I'd say I'm surprised, but I'm actually not

What a coincidence mate. I was at Durham under 21's last week and this guy had "Grayson 73" on the back of his top. When I asked him about it he had actually changed his name to Grayson 73

Easy this
Durham dont have an U21s as far as I'm aware like :lol:

Not this again.

Yous are desperate for it to happen mind:lol:

If he goes we carry on man, Benitez needs to just crack on with it like the rest have to.

Ya didn't answer my post last night.

Who did Rafa sign last season that you can see taken the step up and would be happy to play this season?

Ya were being clever saying so ya wouldn't want Grayson to spend 50m and when I basically said no not if we were needing to replace them when promoted!

they also have an 80k a week wage limit. SO if they break that for Bale they would have to give half their squad massive pay rises

Could be the difference between 2nd and 3rd place finishes and actually winning it though. They have a superb team and £40-50m players aren't going to improve it unless they get lucky but Bale will definitely improve them.

How do they get round the wage bill FFP limit though? As said you can guarantee if he comes in on 300k a week or whatever the likes of Alli and Kane will be deservedly asking where their 300k a week is too

Sorry missed it...Clark was his best signing, Atsu maybe can be classed as a step up as he never got a game at Chelsea however he flatters to deceive.Gayle yes, Hayden yes, if ive missed anyone out then no...

Let's be honest, even Sunderland and no doubt yourselves have/are paying wages of that level. Spurs won't attract an established player capable of improving them on wages of £80k. Good business model by Levy but unless they keep getting "lucky" with signings and academy players they might just see the break up of a truly excellent team that could see them as a dominant force if tweaked occasionally...

That's what I'm hoping for!

We have Hernandez earning almost double that when bonuses are taken into account
