Craft Beer

Pretty strong rumours that it's moving.

Expanding into brewery space in Hunslet and the refectory have been cancelling weddings in the summer. Reckon they are going to sack off the hospitality and move the brewery.

No more tap room?

I paid £6.60 for a pint of their Gammaray on Sunday, not worth it at all.

Jesus Horatio Christ.
I've only ever paid £4 for a Guinness once and I vowed to check how much it was after that.
I'd normally not part with more than £3 for the black stuff when you can get it so readily from a shop.

Spoons just had a beer festival on until 2nd April. Some of the beers on in our local were great
Titanic - Cappuccino was a gorgeous pint. Proper thick but well nice.
Similarly, the "Blackberry Porter" was really good. And both for about £2.25 ish

Belgrave Music Hall in Leeds, everything is overpriced in there but that took the piss. It was my own fault to be fair, they do have a board with prices on but I didn't check it.

You deserve it then. Dirty Dirty Leeds.

Steep. You're going to be fleeced in any music venue though tbf, no matter what you buy. May as well get something you enjoy.

Average price for a pint in Leeds must be well over £4 now if you exclude spoons/sam smiths places.

It's not a music venue really, they have a room for bands but it is predominantly a bar full of women wearing men's clothes and men dressed like spenks, nice place though.

After choking on my own rage with the Beavertown I got a pint of Kirkstall Three Swords Pale Ale for £3.70 which was nice.

Another reason not to go there

Leeds is class now man, stacks of good pubs and bars.

*You* might not. Others might.

If you're concerned about taste it's shite, mind. If you like it I maintain you have no taste.
I'm not talking about Blue Moon, I'm talking in general

Why should you feel superior to everyone for drinking a beer that isn't 'mass produced'?

Can't you just quietly enjoy a pint without f***ing bragging about how much it costs and how it's much better than a pint of Stones?
