I read in my newspaper this morning that some of these horrible football fans have been singing songs that some people might find insulting!

Outrageous.

Quite right that the football authorities are going to check the video footage to ban these awful people, and bring in the police to crack down in future.

I would have thought that most if not all who took satisfaction in the Russian arse kickings ( me included ) have no interest in going to Russia as we've no real love for the national team and all that comes with it.

As it happens, I was in Germany for the World Cup in 2006 when the bomber song was started, the natives weren't offended in the least.

Terry and Big Les from Spalding cannot understand why people would take a chant on the terraces seriously, 20 minutes before losing their shit because Chocolate eggs don't have "Easter" on them.
