They'll come up automatically but to spend the amount of money they have (along with their wage bill) and for there to actually be legitimate doubts after 37 games is an utter embarrassment.

If it did happen they would still defend Benitez. Probably say he deliberately lost so they could get to Wembley
I really don't get this like. Is it now expected to slag a manager off at every opportunity now?

Cant see them not getting promoted one way or another. fact is, they are pretty shit. nee better or worse than us. they'll struggle like fuck unless they spend a fortune. if they don't, Benitez will be defended, again, as not being 'backed' by Ashley, and the circus starts again. fuck them. at least we know were shit

No way will the mags blow automatic promotion
There is a chance, but it's a very very slim one.
The weight of expectation from the home fans could be getting to them, and it's only going to ratchet up as season draws to a close.
Here's hoping.

I was at the game yesterday because one of my mates from Fulham came up so went up in the gods and it was a canny day out. The mags were f***ing awful, they will get f***ing butchered next year if they go up. Fulham were fantastic mind and that young lad Sessegnon was superb throughout - definitely see why he's been getting a good reputation.

Also had the displeasure of visiting the strawberry afterwards and it was a f***ing pig sty.

If results stay as they are then Huddersfield 6 points behind them with a game in hand and in cracking form. No wriggle room for the Mags if they start getting nervy. "Would LOVE it" if they didnt go up
Yes we could. But we might not

You might get relegated, you might not

Chelsea will probably win the league, but they might not

This is just like before you had the run of three away games to the top teams, plenty saying youd find yourselves in a hole and instead you went and won two and drew one. The fact of the matter is every time there has been a chance to really put the pressure on the other teams have failed, and the reason is because they're not very good. You will be fine, especially with your away record.

Is it that bad for the lads and our plight that the small possibility of the Mags not being promoted is something to talk about?! They go up for sure - they've just taken 7 points from 3 away games in a week against the other top sides. Fulham are a decent Championship side and it's no real surprise they had a good day yesterday.

Mags will be in a different division from us next season so enjoy this season for what it is!

That is impossible!!!!

Agree with some of that, but it's not a foregone conclusion. Huddersfield are flying

I'm hoping they have a bad run and end up in the playoffs that would be hilarious. However looking at it neutrally they will win that league with points to spare.

Gawd know what a neutral sees? Looks like the opposition does not believe the hype!

It looks like it is creaking and they have had hardy any injuries. TBF I don't believe Rafa believes the hype either. £30 million spending is not enough. £50m not enough for Villa either.
