On a side note before Rafa was god on Tyneside:

"The fat Spanish waiter proclaimed"

BLASPHEMY!!!

95% likely to go up automatically.

Think they'll look to invest loads on a new squad. They're not half as strong as they were last time they went up. Richie, Shelvey, Lascelles and Perez are decent but the rest arn't much better, if not worse, than our lot.

The chance was blown when they fluked that result at Brighton .

That run of winning those tricky games might be their undoing. I have this niggling feeling it came too early, while they're trotting in waving at the fans 2 other teams pip them at the post.

Doubt it will happen but fuck me how funny would that be :D

Agree with some of that, but it's not a foregone conclusion. Huddersfield are flying

Flying? They were. They're not now recently drew with Barnsley then lost to you. Then last time out they scraped a 0-1 win, with the other team almost forcing a late equaliser.

If it did happen they would still defend Benitez. Probably say he deliberately lost so they could get to Wembley

They get to Wembley with promotion at Spurs away next year if they go up.

I have seen Huddersfield live this season at home to Sheff Wed when they lost 1-0 and they were bloody awful. I am amazed they are 6 points behind Newcastle with a game in hand as they are bloody terrible.

In the Championship.
I reckon they will screw up last game at home, pipped by Huddersfield.
Soften the blow of relegation a bit mind.

The only thing that will soften the blow is if moyes gets the bullet ( sooner rather than later )
Couldnt give a shiney whatnot about that lot tbh.
