Spurs have been bottom of the net spend table for years
It's no coincidence that the clubs that spend the most money generally have the most success.

City
Chelsea
Man Utd
Spurs
Liverpool
Arsenal
Spend the most money by a country mile thus buying the better players thus normally finishing top 6 every year

Money spent on players (Transfer fees) doesnt actually have that strong a correlation to success.
Money spent on wages has a better correlation.

Is it that bad for the lads and our plight that the small possibility of the Mags not being promoted is something to talk about?! They go up for sure - they've just taken 7 points from 3 away games in a week against the other top sides. Fulham are a decent Championship side and it's no real surprise they had a good day yesterday.

Mags will be in a different division from us next season so enjoy this season for what it is!
