I agree with you to an extent.

But you shouldn't have to play games on here and put people on ignore ..... the whole reason for some people's appearance on here is to disrupt threads and start endless 'unwinnable' argument which end up as hair splitting rows and grammatical nuances etc.

It dilutes the serious debates and takes the fun out of daft ones like this ..... deliberately.

It depends mate. I think the threads only get disrupted when poster like Zig allow them to. Many mags on here contribute but some of our lot are so quick to gnash their teeth that threads get spoilt. One things for sure, they aren't going anyway and posters thinking they are great because in their mind they are 'putting them in their place' rarely are.

How can I fail to engage you, you live your shitty life on here.

Of course you were at those games you lying fuckwit, the same as you only post on mag threads, again you lying fuckwit.

You can't go to games because you have a son and your partner works weekends but you weren't at your match Monday night, what excuse are you going to use for this one our obsessed plastic mag?

No bullshit from me, this has been explained numerous times and in its simplest form so you could actually grasp the meaning.

Now go and get a life, spend some time with your 'family' you keep claiming to have. Try and stop obsessing over this forum you sad little man.

You know he has a son and his partner works weekends, yet you accuse him of obsessing over this forum??

To most on here, he's just a mag posting on a Sunderland forum. You know a fair bit of his personal circumstances.

I'd be careful using the word 'obsessed' when replying to him.

Fair enough mate, I have to disagree with that claim but I'll leave it there ;)

So I know the same about him as you do?

One slice is never enough.
Cold mate, cold!

A quick post agreeing with you. Great example. Hardly anything that could be seen as agressive like most of your opening gambits to me, is it?

Do you have those questions? Like I say if they are reasonable I will look to answer them.
It's too easy though, I 'engage' you and off you go on one, you're the gift that keeps giving.

It is becoming a tad tedious now as you've not replied with anything new.

Easy on mate.................you're talking sense again.

So did anyone like the mag flag then.......
I did. We've had some good displays there this season. All fan funded and the efforts of the lads who've organised it have made a difference because the atmosphere has been disgraceful at times before this. It'll never be what it was but its a definite improvement

Aye the wins against Barca and Juve and the 2-2 in the San Siro were rubbish results

The semis and quarters of the UEFA cup weren't much fun either. I'm only 34 and remember all those games well.
Every one has memories of games
Watching your team in the final at the new Wembley Was fantastic

Watching you beat your rivals away with a last minute goal, amazing

Beating Chelsea last season in the best atmosphere you will ever experience was incredible

Beating your rivals 6 games on the bounce was history created

Beating man city in the last minute at home was unbelievable

All those games and loads more will live with me forever

@Topcat1
It has grew on me to be fair, I prefer things a little more plain but it's ok to be honest. As said above ^^^^ the atmosphere as been flat for a while days like the flag days help to lift it.

That is exactly why we as fans keep turning up, even when you have a huge hangover or you really should be "decorating the kids room" or various other reasons not to attend. Memories in the bank.

That's what's class about football. I was down in London for a few years so I went to AFC Wimbledon matches with a mate from Uni. So some of my best footballing memories are watching Tino head in his 3rd against Barcelona in the Champions League, watching us smash 5 past a great Man Utd side without reply, losing my shit when Jonas confirmed our survival against West Ham, and some football memories are watching Jon Main nod the ball past the Hampton 'keeper to seal their promotion to the conference, or Danny Kedwell score the deciding penalty against Luton at the Etihad then sharing a carriage back down to London with loads of happy Wimbledon fans and 1 seriously fucked off Jason Orange.

Right, I'm not going to go through each of those, but have each of them in monochrome and they're indistinguishable from crows. Magpies are a type of crow. That's a taxonomical fact. They've taken an old cartoon magpie used by the club in the past and stuck it on a banner. The new slant that somehow it's indicative of an underlying racial issue at Newcastle, is f***ing hilarious by the way.

End of the day, the lads behind Gallowgate flags could have knocked up a modern masterpiece and you mithering buggers would still try to mock it. It's in your DNA.

"Wor Blacky" :eek::oops::lol:

As for the modern masterpiece, they could, but they never, as they are thick as fuck.

Isn't this Gallowgate Flags shit just yet another rip-off of our efforts, btw?
