How is it even possible to make a loss on them? Not saying it's not true mind, just not sure how that is possible to achieve.

The promoters will either give a huge fee (based on a sell-out) or 80% of profit (after costs, which they ramp up, to make a few quid for themselves) to the artist and the venue will merely be paid a hire fee.
None of the ticket sales will go to the club and they would only get profit from refteshments, whilst having to pay their own bills, staff and police.

I should suspect, anyway, as that was the crack when I used to do it. Unless the club had their own promoting arm and go through a booking agent (which. they won't as it's SJM) , they'll merely be the host venue.
 
A lot of us knew that the club has been ran by***** for the last few years, I'm just please (even know I'm still pissed off by it all) that the rats are finally leaving the ship...

As a director he has a legal duty to look after and act in the interests of the company .

Reading from yours and other posts on here suggest to me otherwise , it could start to unravel very quickly.

It could start to get uncomfortable for some.

You won't ever tell people on here things they don't want to believe mate. Attempting to do so normally leads to dogs abuse.
Just seems to be one thing after another atm, hope Bain can sort us out behind the scenes and we can move forward on the pitch in the next few years.
