Let's be absolutely clear here - AJ has committed a criminal act and will be held responsible for it. I'm not saying otherwise.
Ultimately, parents are responsible for the safety of their kids, and the girl was old enough to know whatr was happening, and entirely capable of putting a stop to it.
The whole thing is creepy, AJ should hang his head in shame - I ripped into him in my OP. However, I believe in personal responsibility, and yes, the girl was morally complicit in this. That's my opinion, and many will disagree. I'll have to accept that I may be in a minority on this.

A true analysis would also include the immense good that this club does for the community, its probably as good as any club for community engagement - the Foundation of light, the new school opening for 'troubled kids'. It appears that the club goes beyond what would be expected when engaging with the community. If people want to analyse poor decision making as part of looking at how the club is run then lets balance that with what it is so good at - and then give the CEO credit where due and criticism where due.

Same with Lee Hughes that was 1 moment of stupidity which resulted in a tragic accident there's a difference between that and pre meditated grooming of a kid over a few months to satisfy his carnal desires

Using not being able to get into US is a silly point really

You HAVE to apply the same criteria IMO to both scenarios. If Johnson had been found not guilty, what we have as many questioning SAFC, probably not, says it all.

Andy Dawson, whoever he is, is certainly no supporter of SAFC. Why drag in the Di Canio stuff without granting the fact that he kept us up that season against all the odds.

The bloke is just ranting, and as MackemOO says, seeking attention. And The Sun, typically, just publish crap like that to sell papers.

Me neither, but I'm pretty sure legally the club have dealt with this correctly because despite what you may think of Byrne that's exactly what she is,a legal expert.

He killed someone for fuck's sake which is quite likely when you premeditated it my drinking and knowing you are going to get behind the wheel of a lethal bit of machinery.

I'm not for one moment defending Johnson but your bias is making you sound like a f***ing nugget mate.

To be honest I think if they could release a statement denying they knew they would have by now, the clubs name has been destroyed over the last few days any they have done nothing about it most likely because they can't.
