Her position is untenable she should not be alone either.Pressure is mounting on Byrne. She will probably resign sooner or later and they'll move on to Short.

Can we demand Gordon Taylor is sacked?
At least one good thing for football could come out of this.
I hope we keep the bloke with the dodgy wigHer position is untenable she should not be alone either.
The Sex offenders act doesn't use the word paedophile, does it?
They lie in court?Police lie when it involves our club to suit their agenda (Central Station & intended bubble spring to mind). QC's also lie and are very good at doing so
Allegedly. That's the important part that's what the police said initially. Not today though. She was told he had messaged and kissed a 15 year old girl.
That's my assumption as to what was said in the interview, there is a clear contradiction in the officers statements. Why did the officer giving evidence not say what the officer today has said.Exactly, so as far as we know no contradictions
Why are the media doorstepping her and not the criminal. Surely nobody thinks that's acceptable whatever the rights and wrongs
If Jimmy Hoffa is still getting paid a rabbit is definitely away.fact...Taylor is the highest paid union official in the country and except for Jimmy Hoffa probably the world
You'll find QCs don't lie but are good at manipulating the evidence. Them lying, knowingly allowing their clients to lie or making their client lie, would result in them being struck off.
I highly doubt a very successful QC would risk this.
You can't make it any clearer because you don't have an answer for why the club didn't deny what they've been accused of. You can walk off claiming to have answered it but you haven't.

To be honest I haven't read the whole Act through, doubt most lawyers have either. The Guardian article gives a summary though.
That's your opinion
QCs never lie in court. Never. To do so would be career suicide.
What a pile of shite. Not sure if this has been posted or not but it's a pretty damning indication of Johnson and his whole attitude.

Pointing the finger?
They don't lie. What they do is work hard to manipulate or cheat the law system.
At Byrne.
Basically they have repeated the allegation that the club knew everything and played him anyway. Byrne not available for comment despite Sky News being outside her home and the SOL
They even questioned workmen leaving her home, asking if she was in!!
