I never said that. His refusal to answer a question I had over his post is the Margaret Byrne stance. Total ignorance to my point.

I'm not ignoring your point at all. I'm questioning the legitimacy of a claim made by a liar regarding the sharing of information, as it doesn't make sense to me that his defence team, who are happy for him to be pleading not guilty, would hand over evidence that incriminated their client. Not one person has come up with a plausible reason why this would happen.

If the club has special powers to request official documents from the police and social media companies, then the claim would stand. Otherwise it's meaningless.

And taking that point, why didn't the club just come out in the statement and say it's not true instead of purposely not addressing it and still leaving it in the open now? They still haven't attempted to stop all this by one simple denial...

Sorry. He's right about voting with your feet, though. It's about the only thing to do in order to a) hurt the club and b) underline your principles.
 
Sounds like the club never told him about the content of the WhatsApp messages

After reading those it was obvious to anyone at the club that he was going to plead guilty

I agree. The number who would do it is minimal though. I'll still go but I think the club are on dodgey ground.

Oh aye absolutely. Im not angry at the club either, I don't know all the facts like 99% of people so I cant be. Just frustrated about the whole situation and again that comes down to that wanker.

There's also people agreeing on my post about shouting the loudest. So maybe it is right?

Ask the club, not me. But I will ask you why Johnson's defence team, who were happy with him pleading not guilty, would then hand incriminating evidence over to his employers? Third time I've asked as well tbf, so you going to answer that or not?
