Lets all twist about it on here then, makes loads of difference
What the place is for though ain't it, it be shit if we all said the same thing, I find it funny when you see people moaning about what other people post, or that old cliche get behind the club etc as you say posting what you feel on a Internet message board means fuck all.

What Newcastle do is irrelevant to what we're doing. Calm down you gaping vaginas
Some people can't accept the fact that the mags set their targets a bit above ours.

We were never going to sign wijnaldum, we prefer to spend our lump sums on British players.

And so there should be...... We sign absolute shite every summer and it shows on the pitch

Hopefully that changes this summer
I agree

The winter window before that I think, they've spent pretty much on par with us the last few seasons yet that has drawn protests and media coverage for them while nowt here.

We haven't been hemorrhaging money like SAFC though.

I seen somebody on Twitter genuinely moaning about us not spending the £50m budget, with just £4m spent.

Why would anybody believe that was our fund? I'd be surprised if we spend £30m. Let's be realistic

In that case, why believe in £30m ?

Why not £20m ?

There was a clear statement by Advocaat that 5-6 quality players were needed. Having signed Coates and Matthews, this has, according to Advocaat this week, reduced to him expecting that another "...3-4 players may come in..." before the end of the window.

It is reasonable to assume that Coates and Matthews are the first two of the '5-6'. If they set the benchmark for the 'quality' of the arrivals, then £20m should be enough for the remaining 3-4.

Of course, for some, there will be a perverse satisfaction in our not spending 'big'. Perhaps the club should parade the £10m/£20m/£30m that hasn't been spent around the pitch at half-time, so that we can all ogle and glory in our parsimony. It might even act as a distraction from results.

That shows how good an owner he is though, he knarrrrs what he's doing, swapping manager every six months and entire backdrop staffs a failed attempt at cheap imports with a dodgy dof have cost us millions and millions man down to one bloke.

TalkShite reporting NUFC given go ahead to talk to Wijnaldum and give him a medical, fee agreed. Maybe seb but I'm fucked if I'm going to read this whole thread.
What a life I live, not only posting on this thread but also listening to TalkShite, sometimes simultaneously. What a sad bastard I turned out to be. Oh for a real life. Sometimes I wish I'd been born in Southampton, Swansea or Leicester :)

So good that we could easily have got relegated last season by his ineptitude. He's very good at making money for himsel', that is all.
