Wrestling - Part 3

Key Points: @DestAmerica in 60 percent of homes as Spike, so full proportional carryover would equate to around 480K, so 263K is big drop.

Ouch. Terrible news for tna.

480k is 60% of what they got before. That's nearly halved

TNA has jobbed

Watched roh njpw war of the worlds last night f***ing hell anyone tht likes pure wrestling this show is for you !!!! Nakamura (sp) vs steen f***ing awesome and lethal ageist the guy can't remember he's name unreal aswell and the young bucks in fact the whole show was brilliant

Was watching the three tag team TLC match at wrestle mania x7 earlier. It's mental how much it's changed since then. They were falling from 20 foot ladders on to 4 tables and now there's not even any head shots with chairs and no blood allowed. Tragic really

Don't think it's been seb and although it's undoubtedly fake it'd be an interesting angle for them to take...

No chair head shots is a good thing. It's ridiculous dangerous and ruins people brains, for no reason. Don't need violence or even programming above PG to make a good wrestling show. It's about the ability on show and the storylines for me.

Creative is really poor atm

Impact drew a 0.4 for it's first show on Destination America the other night, nearly half of what it was pulling on Spike. Only 300 people at the taping as well apparently, considering how heavily it's been advertised/promoted that is awful.

Agree with this. Good solid booking is the key. I am past the stage of expecting good matches from WWE, not that I particularly care. Its all about the drama and characters for me. I prefer a Bray Wyatt over a Daniel Bryan, Cesarro etc any day of the week

The attendances have been like this for a year or so and makes it look so amateurish when watching on tv. Feels like watching backyard wrestling but in a bit better arena, not what we are hoping to keep WWE on their toes.

I'm abit worried about Erick Rowan because when they split the Wyatt family up he was the one that left the babyface and they might struggle to use him after this fake firing has been sorted out.

Honestly, I don't mind him. I prefer the likes of Rollins, Ambrose, Bryan etc. but Reigns is alright when put in good feuds and that. That promo was class anarl, one of his best yet.

It wasn't great, it was just not terrible.
