Can't be arsed to find the interview but he did talk up Roman Reigns in the same interview so wasn't exactly in character.

As for the Nexus thing even Jericho and Edge talked about it on their podcast and they told Cena not to win the match, Cena ends up winning in the worst way possible and even told Jericho and Edge he regretted the way he won it.

I'm sorry but 'they told Cena not to win the match.'
If those in charge tell him to win then he wins.
He may regret it on some level and think it was bad for the storyline, but he does what he is told to do. He's an actor, and actors follow scripts.

He enforced his creative control. Looking out for himself. Couldn't care less how much Merch he sells. The bloke is a Bellend and their lass is a nob anarl. (Apart from his charity work)

Good grief you're basing this on the Summerslam finish. Hardly a burial, just too strong an ending to the match.
They feuded for months after that, and finally disbanded about a year later.

Whatever Cena does or whatever he wants to do he probably has the support of Vince McMahon unfortunately. Wouldn't be surprised if he won tonight.

Barrett should have come out on top, he ended up being ousted by CM Punk.

Even if he thinks he should win there's a way to win where it doesn't bury your opponent, Cena chose the superman option solely because he could.

It ruined their credibility, which even Jericho and Edge agree that it buried Barrett.

The top stars get their own certain amount of creative control, I don't often agree with the fact that Cena buries everyone, but he ruined Nexus and Barrett in particular.

Don't let the facts get in the way of a good story.
Yes he got the finish wrong. Did the agents who book the matches do anything? Did Vince?

Jericho and Edge admittedly cared very little and are just spinning a tale.

Nexus and Barrett went on to look very strong for the months following.

As far as Cena goes though haters are gonna hate. I'm not a fan, never have been, but I have an enormous amount of respect for the man.

I don't mind cena at all however did he even lose clean once to Barrett?

I remember him losing and joining the nexus however he was attacked on the referees blindside. After that he just destroyed the Nexus from within.

Id imagine any call on him looking like a force tonight will be down to Vinny Mac mind and not Cena.

I don't even hate Cena, just pointing out Barrett wont get anywhere saying he hates Cena and why he has a right to.

Anyway, anyone watching NOC?

I see roman reigns won'tbe fighting tonight or next 6 week. Incarcerated hernia emergency surgery today.

Rumour was Dean Ambrose was to return aswell. Still happen?

Wonder who books that. Didn't he not get fired and then come back and destroy Barrett at the next ppv?

Actually, just had a thought.

Cena wins, Rollins cashes in.

The briefcase has done nowt for him.

Could see Cena jumping Lesnar after match maybe.

Also nice profile picture!

aye , he was referee in the 'Free or Fired' match at Survivor Series, Orton vs Wade for the belt, seeing as Wade lost he got the sack and made the 'emotional goodbye' the next night on Raw, but ended up costing Barrett his rematch with Orton later that night and iirc, Barrett for some reason rehired him for a match at TLC? I could be wrong with that last bit though
