No complaints here, as long as shes nice and its at half timeMy lass who's an Evertonian says he's a good, technical player....when bothered. Says he'd rather shag his bird and keep her happy than anything else.

just joking my new mate
My brother in law (Everton season ticket holder) doesn't rate him. Never heard him say that when rodwell was actually playing for them though. Plus, I know more about football than him, so fuck him. Rodwell's class.

Kinda emphasising the point with Gus and his staff - maybe, just maybe...they know how to keep players fit - a shocking concept to consider, I know. It is possible however. Are you serious? Have you decided to discount the 3-4 seasons before that?
This has "SMB believing what they want to believe and ignoring any negative thoughts from those that actually know" written all over it. I'll always remember the outrage at Villa fans who were tearing into our saviour O'Neill days before he was appointed. Low and behold, almost everything they said was actually true. I was one of those that refused to accept any negative opinions mind.
85 games, 4 goals for Everton. Hardly earth-shattering.
I'm choosing to keep any potential excitement contained for the time being.
No chance - he'll be a marquee signing for £4m for Stoke or Sunderland in two to three years time.

If for some reason he doesn't sign, we'll have dodged a bullet and he was shite all along. This has "SMB believing what they want to believe and ignoring any negative thoughts from those that actually know" written all over it. edit: for the money we're spending on Rodwell, I'd have preferred us to sign Sigurdsson who was clearly available for similar money.

The smb way
Normally I'd be wondering as well but this is Man City we are talking about (THE richest club in the world) ...not getting into their first team after a spate of injury's does not a bad player make!Has all the attributes of a class player. Its why we are able to get him that worries me.
