Maybe so, but it's a complete myth that 'real Mancs support City'.
 
If we dominated football like Manchester United and Liverpool, I'm sure we'd have plenty of "new" fans from outside of Sunderland tbf like.
 
I used to live in Manchester when City were shite.

Generally speaking, United fans were sound and City fans had massive chips on their shoulders.

Dunno, it's not something I take much notice of. I don't care who supports who and, where they are from. I suspect any team that enjoys success on the scale of those two clubs, will have many fans that tag along, don't see any harm in it myself like...

I think Manchester United get stick for it more than most because, what else can you give them stick for? :)

I'd kill for half of what that lot have achieved in football!
