Actually yes! Even if he wasn't your first choice, if he's appointed, why would you not give him your support? Unless you'd rather him/us fail that is. Where did I say without question or reservation, I have a few myself, but it seems a few on here are going well beyond that and just want him to fail full stop, or at least that's how its coming across. And believe me, I've seen more than my fair share of lean times too.

Thats not hat the poll asks. It asks fans whether they are "pleased with the appointment". If I'm "unsure" whether or not I'm pleased with the appointment it doesnt mean that I dont support him. He's now the manager and whether you, I or the gate post like it or not, the bloke will be backed and people will hopefully want him to do well.

The people who have reservations are there to be won round by Gus.

I wasn't specifically referring just to this thread but the general feeling I'm getting from reading some of the others. I hope your right about him getting the full support of the fans though. He's going to need it!
