How many will England lose in their 18 overs?

I reckon Compton will go in the 14th, they'll send Anderson out, and then lose Cook.

Love being positive me

give over they could bowl us out in less than 50 overs on the last day when the track will be crumbling

We'll see how much this disintegrates on Saturday/Sunday, but I reckon it won't be unplayable. If we've avoided the follow-on by close tomorrow it's a draw IMO.

Surprising start from Cook there, but good to see him taking on the opportunities to score right from the off. If we go into defensive mood like we did in the UAE, we're Tommy tucked!

Regardless of the result we need to go with two proper spinners next test and we also need to get Anderson back in the slips (stupid reason for moving him like).

If we apply ourselves right we should do okay. India dont have spinners like Ajmal of Pakistan and the pitch isnt doing anything.

Just heard them say all 7 wickets achieved with spin.

We should have had another spin bowler with hindsight.

Typical over seas England though. We seem obsessed with batting as long as possible rather than looking to take 20 wickets.

You'd think if the Indians were so certain that was out they'd review it....

See, what's the point in a night watchman?

Are we going to send in Swann now to protect Trott?

England doing what they do best against spin bowling

It'll be the same old tired excuses used as well.

'We need to get to grips with the surface over here'
'We know how difficult it is over here'
'They have some fantastic bowlers over here'
'We need to play the spin better'

I dont think Ive ever heard England admit to having a problem against spin though
