to cut a kitchen work top...

2 mitre joints
cut three worktops down to length
cut a hole for the hob
cut a hole for the sink

Is that reasonable or should I ask for my eyes back?

sounds about right, if they make a fuck up on the work tops they are the ones having to replace them.

I'd dee it for £60. I can't guarantee that it'll be straight like.

He's not far and has a car. Will text him and get you a price.

I thought someone said he was in newcastle?

The joiner is booked now, coming out first thing tomorrow morning

aye because someone else said the price is about right.

You have a habit of always replying on my threads, so just so the you, I'm not that way inclined mate

I paid £80 just for one mitre joint and one worktop cut to fit.

Lad said it was because the mitre cutting bit was expensive and didn't last too long. Then he used it to cut the straight edge too instead of using a saw ,which I thought was strange considering what he had just told me.

Any half decent joiner will use a router. Cleaner cut.
