What’s the interest from SMB members on this? Who amongst us will be going along?

I’m on call each night, taking part in the parade of sail methinks

Probably take a half day at work during the week to have a look round when it'll be quieter.
Then the seafront on the Saturday.

Yes i'll be going down on most days, the place will be packed which will be a good thing and a bad thing for various reasons.

I'll be working at Summer Streets for a short while on the Saturday but otherwise enjoying the festival.
Probably have a dodge down to see the rest of the stuff during the week and definitely the Friday night displays.

Shite. Best bit is seeing them arriving and f***ing off. Rest of it is a fuck on parking, it's rammed and costs a fortune for anything. Hopefully I don't miss any World Cup getting dragged to it

Love the tall ships. Worked around them last year in Blyth and did a fair bit when I was in the Navy. Some sight seeing them all out at sea

Well obviously I’ve read the forum. Excuse me if I’m wrong but I’ve not seen much. If I’m wrong then so be it. I just remember it being in the town I lived and it was great. I hope it’s a massive success.
