Really old games you still play from time to time

Anyone ever played tropico before? I used to love this like, seen them on steam but there's like 3,4 & 5 out now wondering if there any good? As good as the original?

I thought 5 was canny, decent campaign.

I can't remember playing 3, even if it is in my steam library. 4 was all right.

5 is probably the best Tropico.

I got is for £8.50 a about 3 weeks ago, it kept me occupied for a week and a half, haven't touched sand box or online modes. I don't think I would have been happy paying £35 for it, but for under a tenner it was worth it.

The multiplayer is unbeatable. Nothing has come close to it and I doubt nothing ever will. The servers are fucked now so its nigh on impossible to get a decent game going
