Its a quarter of what we paid to take N'Doye on loan for half a season. Moreover the club can get grants to improve facilities - When we get Millions from TV Deals its not a lot for them. As others have said if it is a cost problem then get a company to sponsor the new seats, in return they can have their logo placed upon all the new seats or something.
