There's been some excellent advice on the thread so far mate and you seem like an intelligent bloke so I've no doubt you'll come out of this much the better and happier man.
My ten pence worth, as others have already said, would be do not under any circumstances get involved with her again, and I mean in any way - remove her from your life as far as can be reasonably managed.
I had a bad experience not too long ago and my biggest regret was that I didn't just walk away. It took me realising I had made myself look like an idiot on one occasion to her before the light switched on in my head. I'm a pretty strong minded lad too, stuff just doesn't get to me (especially not lasses), but that one did.
It took a while but I came out of that a much better lad and put it down to experience.
My only other advice would be, when the time comes for another lass, pick a lass who will have a positive influence on you. Despite what any of us think, the person we are with influences us so make sure your next one does so in a mint way!
