nope. occasionally i'll have a diane sauce to accompany it but normally i have it on its own so i can enjoy the flavour.

I had raw fish recently which was lovely. You see the celeb chefs dipping raw steak in some sort of dressing and hoying it in. Dangerous stuff if your butchers having an off day

I have many, many times and it's lovely. I've also eaten steak very rare, which isn't my preference but it also rather nice.

Have you seen what they're eating though? It's neither of those things.

Steak tartare as mentioned and carpaccio are probably the two best known here but Korea, Japan and Vietnam all have raw meat dishes and the Dutch have a sausage they eat raw. Relative though isn’t it. They don’t look the most affluent so I’d imagine they’re just eating the cuts they can afford.
