Ethiopians scranning raw meat

There are raw meat dishes in a number of countries. Steak tartare as mentioned and carpaccio are probably the two best known here but Korea, Japan and Vietnam all have raw meat dishes and the Dutch have a sausage they eat raw. Then there's the various citrus marinated dishes from around the world.

They're not eating steak tartare, beef carpaccio, ceviche or Dutch sausage in the video mate.

They're not eating venison or seafood in the video iirc there. Doesn't look like it's been prepared that well, and they're not eating the finest of cuts from what I can see mate.
Relative though isn’t it. They don’t look the most affluent so I’d imagine they’re just eating the cuts they can afford.
