There will definitely be an episode that foucses on his back story I reckon. Episode will start when Zombie outbreak first happens, and will go through to him being the boss of the saviours.

I remember reading it for the first time, made me feel sick, not much does normally but it was the brutality and who it was who died. Really glad how accurate it was in the episode

I believe Rick captures Neegan eventually and has him locked up in some kind of cell, he then askes Neegan for help and agrees to let him out, I wonder if the tiger guy is even meaner than Neegan and (P)Rick put together.

The cast is probably going to be the biggest it's ever been. I reckon we will see the likes of Rick, Michonne and Carl go quiet for a bit while we're introduced to others.
